I’m Alina – a dreamer and a maker. In 2015, I started Pie Dream to explore a pipe dream I’d nurtured for at least a decade. Since then I’ve baked hundreds of pies, imparting my experiments on compliant friends and co-workers. I’ve been perfecting my all-butter crust, raising some money for charity, and experimenting with sweet and savory pie fillings.
